Ben joined the Centre Human Resources office as the human resources generalist and training coordinator in July 2012. Ben works part-time to help the human resources department with staff professional leadership development and staff employee satisfaction. In 2019, he received the Presidential Award for Excellence. 

Before coming to Centre Ben worked with leaders from many profits and not-for-profit organizations throughout North America. He personally instructed and coached over 2,600 individuals in 35 states in the USA and across Canada. 

Ben provides organizational consulting services and tools that help leaders, cultures, and processes achieve results in some of the best places to work. He is the former corporate vice president of organizational development and training for Alliance Data in Texas and was responsible for the organization’s human capital strategy in the company’s corporate strategic planning group. He also led efforts that resulted in Alliance Data being recognized as a “Best Place to Work” across the nation. Ben’s work has garnered national awards and recognition while appearing in numerous publications and media. He is the newly elected secretary/treasurer of the Economic Development Partnership. He was the 2012 Outstanding Citizen for Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce and is a past Chair of the Chamber and CASA at Woodlawn. 

Ben graduated from Transylvania University. 

He and his wife Julie own Maple Tree Gallery in downtown Danville, Kentucky.
